Namentlich für seine Folk Art Collection Heartwood Creek wurde Jim Shore von der National Association of Limited Edition Dealers 2004 zum KÜNSTLER DES JAHRES gekürt.

Die einzelnen Stücke sind sehr liebevoll, detailgetreu und lebendig. Die Originale sind von Jim Shore geschnitzt.

Auch diese Figuren besitzen das Aussehen einer geschnitzten Figur, da die Originale für die Formen der Güsse verwendet wurden.
